The combination of many years of experience in the production of dished ends for boilers, high-technology production plant and extensive stock leading to short delivery terms has made Almind Vaerk a valued and reliable sub-supplier for a large number of companies world-wide.

The finished product can be certified by all major international control institutes.
We manufacture dished boiler ends up to 6500 mm diameter, max. 30 mm thick according to enclosed productionprogramme.

We stock S235JR as well as P265GH / P295GH - EN 10 028-2 boilerplates in thickness from 3 to 35 mm and in width up to 4000 mm enabling manufacture of boiler ends up to 3500 mm without weldings.
Dished boiler ends are manufactured in stainless steel using special machines that leave no scratches in the surface of the finished product. All stainless steel ends are pickled in our own pickling plant after production.
We have comprehensive experience in forming other materials such as fine grain steel, copper, aluminium etc.

Edge preparation is made according to customers request.

We also offer workmanship only in customers material.
Heat treatment is made in inhouse furnace with dimensions 5 x 5 x 1,5 m. Temperature up to 1050° C.
